Things are looking bright! Today at the Woman's Councel of Realtors in Waco and then tonight on the internet I have seen 2 econommic and housing reports. Our Waco Market is doing very well. More homes are being built and residential home sales are up and projected to go even higher. Families are saving about 4% of their income. People are still cautious about spending. Not many people are getting raises. But as a whole our market is strong, has been stronger than the rest of the Nation, and predicted to even be stronger and better in the next years to come.
